Hi! I’m Oana, a veterinary surgeon with a big love for animals. I’ve joined the Penmellyn team in 2023 and I love working with the St Austell team and being part of it. Originally from Romania and graduated the University of Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest.
Caring for pets and helping them stay healthy and happy is what I enjoy most. I believe every animal deserves kindness, patience, and the best possible care, and I feel lucky to do what I love every day. I value the special bond I share with my patients and their owners, and I care for every animal as if it were my own.
In my spare time, I’m passionate about travel and love exploring beaches and coastal places in Cornwall. I share life with my husband, our son and Hattie, our cat, and feel very lucky.
