Emma Hackett

Emma has a HND in equine science and a BSc (Hons) in animal science (equine). She is one of our equine grooms and is responsible for the day to day tasks of looking after the hospitalised horses. Emma is the daughter of a midwife and funeral director and comes from Cornwall. Outside of work Emma’s interests include cross-stitch, church, walking,  and she volunteers for the National Trust at Trerice Manor working in the shop , making Tudor costumes for dressing visitors as well as dressing up herself in Tudor style. She also volunteers at the Trenance heritage museum and cottages and is a volunteer dog walker for the Cinnamon Trust . At home she has two cats , her ' Boys' who keep her busy!
