Katie joined the Penmellyn team in 2018 as a receptionist/admin assistant. She then went on to become Practice Administrator in 2019 and Management Assistant in 2023. Katie undertakes various accounts and HR based tasks for the practice. Katie completed her Veterinary Practice Administration Certificate with the Veterinary Management Group in 2022 and a Certificate in Veterinary leadership and Management in 2025, specialising in finance.
Outside of work Katie is kept busy by her Labrador Fig and two horses.
